some tooltips are in spanish language... and some in english... was this made on purpose.. why?

Nice skin, however when I highlight the Playlist and Repeat arrows with the mouse the tool tip window pops up in another language. The other sections are in English though :). Is there any chance these two things could be corrected with English? Thanks.
